Borrowers

Borrowers are operating companies that have loans from private credit funds. Quantuma resolves legal entity names from SEC filings to their operating company names and aggregates positions across all BDC holders.

Borrower list

Navigate to Explore > Borrowers in the left sidebar. The list shows all operating companies with BDC loans:

Click Filter to add conditions — the filter panel supports:

  • Name — Equals, Not equals, Contains, In, Not in

  • Largest Headcount Country, Acquisition Status
  • Industries

Each filter supports multiple operators. Click Apply to filter the list.

Borrower detail

Click a borrower to open the detail page. The header shows the company name and logo.

Tabs

Overview (default)

  • Company overview — Description of the company including industry, founding date, headquarters, headcount, estimated revenue, and business model
  • Inline chat — An embedded chat widget specific to this company. Shows the company name and an “Ask about [company]…” input. Lets you ask questions about this specific borrower in context.

Contacts

Table of key decision makers: Name, LinkedIn URL, Email, Job Title.

Fundings

Table of funding rounds: Round type, amount, investors, date.

Table of BDC investment positions referencing this company:

Cross-holder analysis

When a company is held by multiple BDCs, Quantuma compares how they mark the same company. Comparisons are always within the same investment type (first lien vs first lien).
